Position Name:
Control Team Executive

Job Brief:
This is a Role for control team executive who is well versed with any transport management applications such as Routematic/ Moveinsync etc and comes from a background of monitoring process adherence and reporting experience. Work in shifts 6am to 3 pm first shift / 2pm to 11 pm second shift.

Our application is also used by over 1000 bluecollar stakeholders like site supervisors drivers and attenders. We pride ourselves on providing topnotch customer support even though we are focused on building new technology solutions for transportation and are rapidly expanding to top schools corporations and new cities.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
  1. Monitoring of Day to Day School operations remotely
  2. Updation of transport management system
  3. Reporting

Job Role:
  1. Monitoring day to day operations of site
  2. Vehicle Tracking and Incident Communication to Management Client & commuters/ guardians
  3. Realtime system updates
  4. driver/ attender/ vehicle change
  5. Any changes/modification to routes/ child/ commuter using transport
  6. Regular System Updates
  7. Trip Scheduling
  8. New Employee/ Vehicle induction (including GPS & Camera)
  9. Upkeep of vehicle (including GPS & Camera) & employee statutories
  10. Reporting & Analysis
  11. Log in Log out reports
  12. Attendance reports
  13. Breakdown reports
  14. Mileage reports
  15. Diesel filling reports
  16. Maintenance Escalations
  17. Checklist
  18. Verification of Trips undertaken by Drivers
  19. Ground team performance report
PreRequisites:
  • Experience with MoveinSync or Routematic or other transport management System.
  • Knowledge of School/ Employee transport Management.
  • Languages: EnglishHindiKannadaTamil and More the Better
  • Ability to stay selforganised
  • Proven ability to communicate well under pressure.
  • Comfort in manipulating common applications like Google Sheets & mail.




Resume Screening Criteria

  1. ECTC range :upto 2022k/m (2yrs)
  2. Max Hike 30%
  3. Notice period :Joining at the Earliest.
  4. Total experience: 2 years
  5. Relevant experience: transport management
  6. Skill 1: (Should have good communication skills (Oral and Written).
  7. Skill 2: (Ms office Excel mail and other basic computer applications for work)
  8. Location:Any Locations willing to relocate to Bangalore
  9. Work Type: work From Office: 6 am to 3 pm / 1:30pm to 10:30 pm (Mon to Sat)
