Overview:


One of our prestigious IT Services client is looking for a Head of Recruitment who would play a strategic and leadership role in driving the recruitment function within the organization. This role is responsible for managing a team of diverse Recruiters who will be responsible for identifying attracting and onboarding top talent to meet the companys staffing needs and drive its growth and success. The Head of Recruitment leads the development and execution of recruitment strategies ensuring the organization has access to the skilled and driven workforce it needs to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract highquality candidates.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance support and expertise in all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and develop workforce planning initiatives.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for candidate screening interview processes and employment offers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies universities and industry organizations to build a pipeline of talent.
  • Oversee employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting and employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights into key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and diverse workforce.
  • Establish and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead and participate in special projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8 years) in fullcycle recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership mentoring and teambuilding skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and identify actionable insights to optimize processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in employer branding and diversity and inclusion initiatives preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Expert negotiation skills and the ability to drive results in a competitive talent market.
