Job Description
University degree in a related field such as project management, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Deep understanding of business change processes and management methods.
Extensive knowledge of project planning, change implementation and control concepts.
Ability to identify customer needs and analyze the impact of proposed changes on them.
Communication and negotiation skills to simplify and facilitate the change process within the organization.
