Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Looker training programs tailored to end users with varying levels of expertise.
- Provide oneonone coaching and support to users addressing specific needs and challenges encountered during the transition.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to understand reporting requirements and ensure that training materials are relevant and uptodate.
- Assist in the migration of reporting assets from OBIEE to Looker ensuring a seamless transition.
- Establish and lead a light change management program including communication plans feedback mechanisms and adoption metrics.
- Monitor and report on the progress of user adoption providing insights and recommendations to improve training and support strategies.
- Act as a liaison between end users and the technical team gathering user feedback and advocating for improvements based on user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Education or related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer or coach preferably with expertise in Looker or other BI tools.
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and experience in migrating reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of end users.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and change management strategies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Looker or related BI tools.
- Experience in healthcare data analytics.
- Knowledge of OBIEE and familiarity with the specific reporting needs and challenges in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with Clinicians on technical projects/changes.
