Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidates is responsible for handling bench sales marketing of IT consultants.
- Sourcing job requirements from prime vendors preferred vendors & clients.
- Marketing of bench consultants negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
- Regular interaction and followup with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects.
- Understanding of various technologies and tools.
- The Candidate should maintain excellent relationships with vendors clients and consultants.
- Experienced working with preferred vendors and on layers model.
- Candidate should have good communication/analytical skills.
