Job Description

Overview:

The HR Manager for the Manufacturing Unit plays a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions within the manufacturing environment. This position is essential for ensuring that the workforce is effectively managed in compliance with labor regulations and aligned with the organizations strategic goals.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Handle Payroll and statutory compliances
Head hunting the candidate from the job portals and references as per the MRF
Complete the onboarding and joining formalities for the new joiner
Good exposure in ISO Documentation
Oversee all necessary paperwork employee communications benefits maintenance leave tracking management reports workers compensation claims and return to work programs is completed
Handle petty cash and maintain the daily report
Handle grievance procedures
Arrange for employee engagement activities
Maintain good relation with Governments agency s like Factory Inspector Safety Inspector Local Gram Panchayat Local Police
Keeping all the employee aware about the company rules and regulation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR management preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations related to the manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proven track record in recruitment and selection processes
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and improvement systems
  • Experience in training and development program management
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Strategic thinking and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR SPHR) is a plus
  • Understanding of safety and wellness programs in a manufacturing context
  • Ability to manage diverse and inclusive workforce initiatives
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
