Job Description
- Develop the Baseline Detailed Schedule for Project containing all works
- Develop Manpower Histogram, Plan S Curves, Look ahead Schedules and Progress Reports
- Develop Project internal Budget, Cash flow and Invoicing plans
- Develop technical solutions and strategies in project management, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Ensure accuracy and accountability in coding, editing, and writing reports, letters, and memos
- Generate Extra Work Claims, Variation Orders, Change Orders and Time delay Extensions.
- Developed recovery schedule and project analysis for the delay in progress
- Generate Monthly Project Status Presentation
- Attend Monthly and Weekly meetings
- Coordinating with Site team and Higher Management for Site work
