Job Description
- Master’s degree in international development, organizational development, change management, social sciences, or related field.
- At least eight years of experience developing and conducting organizational development and/or CLA activities for organizations, donors, clients, and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with local partners, international donor organizations, civil society and private sector, host country government counterparts, and other implementing stakeholders in developing countries.
- Previous experience supporting USAID-funded contracts in a similar capacity preferred.
- Familiarity with USAID’s objectives, approaches, and operations, particularly as they relate to CLA, knowledge management, and organizational development, is a plus.
- Experience managing such efforts in non-permissive environments and conflict zones, preferably in Jordan and/or the MENA region.
- Proven supervisory, mentorship, and leadership capabilities for all levels of staff (employees and consultants).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written English, and proficiency in Standard Arabic is a plus.
