Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join our Human Resources team in Winamac IN (Relocation is available)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and implementation of Human Resources Policies Procedures Guidelines and Tools for the designated mill.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to customize organizational HR policies to the mills specific context ensuring theyre comprehensive and wellunderstood by staff.
- Conduct onsite employee training facilitating the development and execution of appropriate HR management responses including plans and Standard Operating Procedures aligned with Plymouth s policy and standards.
- Provide expert HR advice across all levels of Plymouth staff overseeing overall HR functions such as workforce planning recruitment staff administration management and more for designated mills.
- Engage in departmental activities pursuing continuous education participation in annual conferences and research endeavors.

Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree preferred but not mandatory; 5 years in Human Resources Management essential.
- HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRMSPC is a plus.
- Multisite HR management experience is highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures with a generalist background.
- Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
