Job Description

Key Result Areas:• Support the Director of Operations in planning and administering the execution of new and ongoing initiatives and projects.• Plan, review, and present the pathways of new and ongoing initiatives and projects to the Director of Operations and key relevant stakeholders• Apply project management principles to manage different Projects related to Director of Operations Office.• Collaborate with across functional teams on projects so as to ensure that all efforts are aimed at expanding image and achieving objectives. • Work with different stakeholders to ensure the timeline for ongoing initiatives is being followed, risks are mitigated, and issues are resolved• Follow up projects with different departments and assure quality in all projects phases. • Follow up required actions and decision resulted from steering committee meetings with concerned departments. • Prepare monthly reports for projects status to higher management. • Prepare monthly reports to the Steering Committee • Identify and manage risks.• Perform of any other duties as required by the Director of Operations. Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience in project management and data analysis• Demonstrated behaviour consistent with skills necessary to manage special projects• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and excellent organizational skills• Excellent analytical ability in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage• Proficiency in MS Office applications
