Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the growth of the organization.
- Achieving sales target for the assigned area
- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably
- Increasing the depth and width of the channels.
- Visiting retailers and distributors
- Supervising distribution network supervising frontline sales activities
- Handle the primary and secondary sales.
- Customer interface and feedback
- Identify the new markets where we can penetrate and increase sales.
- To collect orders and money and hunt for new potential outlets in both the water heater and purifier categories (market expansion).
- Having an eye on competitors activity and reporting for the same to his supervisor on a daily basis.
- Informing and implementing the Company Policies in the market.
Qualification:
- Graduate or PG and minimum 25 yrs of experience in the assigned area in electrical and home appliances market.
