Job Responsibilities:
Focus on outbound sales prospecting by identifying researching connecting with and qualifying new leads in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Building industry into sales opportunities.
Contact leads and potential prospects who have never engaged with SmartVizX through cold calls and emails
Identify prospect s needs and determine fit with our product through scoping calls
Further qualify prospect through discovery calls
Schedule product demonstrations for the prospect with our Sales team
Demo the product to the prospects
Maintain a current pipeline in CRM
Meet monthly and quarterly lead qualification objectives
Achieve a high volume of daily outbound calling while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
Qualifications:
Any graduate/MBA in Marketing/Sales Desired
Experience:
Handson experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques such as Cold Calling 2.0 email marketing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social outreach.
Prior experience either as an SDR/call centre executive with a SaaS company or sales to AEC
Expert user of any established CRM system (Zoho preferred)
Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives

Discipline and organization to maintain high call and email volumes
