Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and test highperformance scalable and reliable Javabased applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
• Lead and mentor junior developers in coding best practices and development processes.
• Implement and maintain automated unit tests and deployment processes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer in a senior or lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Hibernate and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL queries.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with continuous integration tools and version control systems.
• Knowledge of web services microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively.
