Anyfin is on a mission to change millions of financial lives for the better. Since our start over six years ago we went from helping one customer at a time to 160k active customers served on a daily basis with our humandesigned services. But we aim higher: more customers products marketsall of which needs a welldesigned flawless experience. That is why we are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our Design team. What you will be doing
As a Product Designer at Anyfin you will be focusing on shaping the experience for people who want or need to tackle their debt. Today taking on debt is easy sometimes easier than using your own money when paying online. But understanding your debts and owing money can just as easily turn into something difficult. We believe its crucial to create a safe and reliable environment for people to deal with their debt.

Together we will simplify and break down complex financial topics and help people reach their debtfree life quicker. Were constantly working on creating intuitive usercentric solutions that help us move towards our vision making financial wellbeing happen.

You will not be alone in this journey as we work closely in a crossfunctional setting. This means a lot of collaboration between you your team and the Product Marketing and PR functions and Customer Service teams. We believe your expertise experimental approach and passion for understanding the users will help us deliver intuitive solutions for people to tackle their debts.

Who you are
We are looking for someone who wants to be handson when needed but strives to leverage the potential and creativity of the ones around them. This means that you are the type of person who inspires your team and the organization at large to innovate and think outside of that dreaded box everyone keeps talking about. Then there are the dreaded bullet points that take up space in any job ad: We would like to see evidence of the following in your background:

• A proven track record as a Product Designer in a fastpaced tech environment preferably within the fintech industry. Number of years of experience is less important to us the mentality that you bring to the table will however make ALL the difference.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful design projects and demonstrating a usercentered design approach.

• Proficiency in design tools we use Figma.

• The ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively and with passion.

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.

• Ability to:

  • See things from a different perspective

  • Make the complex intuitive

  • Create flawless experiences
