We are now looking for a Project Coordinator (f/m/d) who also assists our CMS Expert in daily tasks. This is a great role based in our office in Vienna!

Tasks

Key responsibilities

• After a training period youll dive into supporting our CMS expert with our CMS system and jointly contribute to expanding our CMS including its maintenance and upkeep
• Youll also support and later lead training sessions for our global clients
• Youll coordinate and support various global customer projects including gathering technical and functional requirements
• Detailed technical analysis is something you will not swim away from either
• Youll translate definitions and insights into project plans supporting best practices and relevant tools and processes whilst keeping a close look at project objectives and high quality standards
• Collaboration and communication with our brilliant internal teams is your bread and butter because team work makes the Grassfish dream works!

Requirements

Your profile

• You have a background in technology digital marketing and/or businessrelated disciplines or equivalent professional experience
• You are interested in new technologies and find joy in digitalization topics
• You impress with your communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeanor
• You are happy working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks but also enjoy teamwork
• You delight in utilising your excellent German skills and proficient English skills

Due to legal reasons in Ausria we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position which is as per the collective agreement 3100 gross per month based on fulltime employment (38.5 h/week). However the package will be based on your qualifications and experience.
