Qualification Candidate should have Post graduate degree/diploma in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Management or MSW/ComputerScience/ Data Analytics from top development institutes such as IIT/IIM/NIT/TISS/IRMA/IIFM/XIM /XISS/ MANAGE or in top 200 NIRF or NAAC accredited institutes.

Experience and Key Skills
a) At least 7 years of experience.
b) Should demonstrate experience in designing and implementing
M&E function.
c) Should have conducted baseline and end line studies.
d) Should have used MIS data and dashboards for management of
programmes.
e) Proficiency in Hindi and English.
f) Should be proficient in MSoffice.
Roles & Responsibilities
a) To Assist in designing of framework for evaluation of
scheme.
b) Facilitate Impact assessment of schemes.
c) To prepare various reports as required by department
from timetotime basis.
d) Tracking the progress of the implementation output
and outcome indicators through MIS web portal.
e) Identify impediments and suggest measures for
overcoming them.
f) Coordination with the relevant stakeholders for
scheme implementation.
g) Facilitate development of relevant guidelines/SOP for
monitoring of Scheme.
h) Other tasks related to skill development schemes as
communicated by DSD MP from timetotime basis.
Salary As per Norms
Overhead expenses In case of official expenses payment would be made on actuals. How so ever a candidate is expected to carry his own working device i.e laptop/charging cable etc.
Travelling Allowance (TA) Dearness Allowance (DA) and Leaves As per TA/DA norms applicable to the rank of Deputy Director DSD MP. Casual leaves 13 days Medical leaves 10 daysOptional leaves 3 days & Local holiday As per government
rules. No other types of leaves will be granted.
