- Assist customers in obtaining financing for vehicle purchases by evaluating creditworthiness preparing loan applications and negotiating financing terms with lending institutions.
- Offer and sell insurance products such as extended warranties gap insurance and vehicle protection plans to customers.
- Explain insurance coverage details terms and benefits to customers addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Ensure accuracy in paperwork including loan agreements insurance policies and other relevant documents.
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously guiding them through the financing and insurance processes.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by promoting additional finance and insurance products to customers.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting Economics or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus point.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards related to automotive financing and insurance.
- Experience specifically within the automotive industry or working with automotive financing and insurance products is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of and adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to automotive financing and insurance.
