Implementation Supervisor

THIS ROLE IS HYBRID

The Implementation Supervisor II supports mid to large scale projects for Helix Migration overseeing single/multisite implementations with multiple products and services. Responsibilities include analyzing customer solutions/migrations participating in successful solution migrations and developing implementation models for each project. The role involves managing crossfunctional implementation teams conducting ongoing analysis of projects and providing client communications and reporting. Travel within the US and potentially Canada is required with the possibility of additional international travel.

Other Duties:

1. Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items.
2. Work with the Program Manager.
3. Attend daily status meetings using Zoom.
4. Use project management tools to track project success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management practices.
• Experience in managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
