Job Description
Overview:
The Acumatica Consultant plays a crucial role in our organization by providing expert guidance and support for the implementation and customization of the Acumatica cloud ERP software. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients business processes are seamlessly integrated into Acumatica empowering them to optimize their operations and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Configure and customize Acumatica to meet clients specific needs
- Lead the implementation of Acumatica ERP solutions
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support
- Participate in presales activities and solution demonstrations
- Document and communicate project status and deliverables
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Stay updated with Acumatica product developments and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- 3 years of experience in Acumatica ERP implementation and customization
- Strong understanding of accounting and business processes
- Proficiency in Acumatica Report Designer and Customization Platform
- Excellent communication and clientfacing skills
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Proven track record of successful Acumatica implementations
- Experience with data migration and integration strategies
- Industry certifications in Acumatica or related technologies
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
