Reporting to the Director of Application Project Territory, the Head of Application will play a pivotal role in bridging our application strategy and its execution, driving innovation, and leading a team of dedicated Application Engineers. This role requires a perfect blend of strategic foresight, hands-on technical expertise, and leadership acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Application Engineer Team
- Foster an empowering culture that encourages creativity, growth, and collaboration across all projects.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the region, aiming to expand our product applications and market presence.
- Partner closely with the Director of Application Project Territory, ensuring cohesive collaboration, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of regional projects.
- Act as a feedback loop, providing invaluable product and market insights to the Product and Engineering Teams.
- Serve as a source of inspiration and guidance, ensuring application goals are met and exceeded.
Drive Application Goals and Strategies
- Co-create strategic application plans, backed by actionable forecasts and insightful KPI reporting.
- Define annual objectives in concert with Application Engineers, Business Development Directors, and Senior Management.
- Oversee CRM adoption and maintain meticulous records of application-related projects.
- Regularly convene with Application Engineers, ensuring aligned goals and cohesive team dynamics.
- Deliver monthly application performance reviews and data-driven forecasts.
Enhance Market Presence and Build Strategic Relationships
- Cultivate and fortify long-lasting relationships with industry stalwarts and newcomers alike.
- Embody the essence of the L-ACOUSTICS brand, upholding and propagating its core values and corporate ethos.
- Stay abreast of industry developments through regular participation in trade shows and conferences.
- Strive for impeccable application of our products, always aiming for the zenith of customer satisfaction as gauged by NPS.
- Cooperate with the Market Intelligence department to stay up to date with the market trends in the professional audio and proactively search for information.
