Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
- Engage with clients professionally and understand their needs.
- Enhance product knowledge through training sessions.
- Devise and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Uphold brand essence and visual standards.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory levels and prevent stock loss.
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of luxury retail experience with strong management experience
- Experience with highend clientele is advantageous.
- Effective communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in new software and systems.
- Passion for luxury products and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Hours: 40 hours per week working any 5 out of 7 days including bank holidays and weekends.
