Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
• Engage with clients professionally and understand their needs.
• Enhance product knowledge through training sessions.
• Devise and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Uphold brand essence and visual standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory levels and prevent stock loss.
• Implement security protocols and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of luxury retail experience with strong management experience
• Experience with highend clientele is advantageous.
• Effective communication and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in new software and systems.
• Passion for luxury products and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Hours: 40 hours per week working any 5 out of 7 days including bank holidays and weekends.
