Job Title:Business Development Executive
Location: Aylesbury Buckinghamshire (Hybrid Remote) with some UK wide client travel required
Term: Full Time
Salary: 40k per annum 40k commission benefits pension
Role Overview: Our SaaS client is looking to source an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive the sales and business development of Forseti a brand new platform for managing regulated complaints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Researching businesses individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
- Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
- Preparing client presentations and materials including PowerPoint and sales displays
- Meeting new and existing clients in person
- Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone email and inperson meetings
- Setting sales goals and ensuring sales team meets them
- Working with senior team members to manage risks
- Training and mentoring sales team members
- Preparing and delivering pitches
- Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working in a B2B sales or customer service position
- Previous experience of Complaint Management within the regulated sector is highly desirable
- Self motivated while also enjoying working within a team
- Target driven and motivated by achieving targets
- Great communication skills
- Confident in making a high volume of outbound writing emails and connecting with prospective client
