Our cient is seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate is a creative and datadriven marketer who is passionate about driving user acquisition engagement and retention through innovative marketing strategies. As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to accelerate user growth and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing (B2C) digital marketing or performance marketing roles preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement datadriven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition activation retention and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM SEO social media email and content marketing.
  • Lead branding initiatives to establish and maintain a strong brand identity and presence in the market.
  • Develop compelling content strategies and oversee the creation of highquality content assets including blog posts articles videos infographics and more.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to improve key performance metrics such as CAC LTV and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using analytics tools to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product engineering and design to drive alignment and support productled growth initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing branding and content marketing.
