Job Description:

A dynamic commercial litigation restructuring and corporate transaction firm is actively seeking a motivated and skilled associate attorney to join their team.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy matters
Dedicated to adhering to local state and federal laws with a commitment to ethical conduct
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Possesses strong critical thinking speaking and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates proficiency in legal research writing and verbal communication
Skilled in negotiation research and effective communication both orally and in writing
Adaptable and attentive to detail
Experienced in collaborating with and supporting senior attorneys
Holds admission to the Nevada Bar
