Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting purchasing and activating mobile devices and accessories
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices and applications
- Deliver personalized customer service to meet individual needs and preferences
- Stay uptodate on the latest mobile technology trends and products
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Educate customers on mobile device features functionality and service plans
- Handle customer inquiries issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Process mobile device upgrades exchanges and returns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean and wellorganized mobile device and accessory area

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
