EveryMatrix is looking for a Casino Account Manager Assistant to join our highperforming Casino Commercial Division based in Malta.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Casino Account Management team with preparation and distribution of information to key clients
- Support managing in an efficient and timely manner all operational issues that impact the smooth delivery of the service to Clients (incl. collecting tracking escalating any issues appeared within Casino AM team to internal teams for solution)
- Trackpromotional campaignsare submittedin a timely mannerassist with monitoring promotional results report on participation ofhighvalue clientsin such activities take part in submitting a report for each promotional activity across all accounts
- Contribute internally to monthly/quarterly performance reports & QBR sessions with clients
- Be engaged with new game release process with all Clients totrack Game Penetration rate
- Detect whereexposure might be maximized by new releases prereleases and promotional activities
- Monitor individual casino sites performance and ensurehighvalueClients are optimizing games on their sites
- Be aware of all SlotsMatrix & CasinoEngine products enhancements and updates
- Assist the team with analytics and defining upsellopportunities for new products as they become available and ensure the available portfolio offered to endusers by our clients are always maximized
- Be accountable for daytoday client performance by running tracking reporting and analysis of KPIs
- Be literate and curious with regards to data while being able to understand dynamics and causes take appropriate actions based on data analysis results
- Support the marketing efforts of the division and ensure Clients are in the know about all relevant activity
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in online gaming industry
- Have a passion about games and casino content features
- A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Good listeningand presentation skills
- Previousexperience within the iGaming industry ideally within a relationship management or commercial roleis a strong advantage
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Experience in databased performance analysis reporting and statistics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications good learning skills for internal applications
