Pazago is a fastgrowing B2B SaaS startup that has raised $3.5M. Led by YC alum and 3x
founder Nikhil Agrawal Pazago s global fulfilment platform is bringing innovation to
international trade. The company is urgently hiring a Lead Investor Relations to support
fundraising and growth.

Qualifications:
You should have the following qualifications:
1. Prior experience supporting a founder in all aspects of Series A/B fundraising.
2. Excellent presentation and communication.
3. CA and/or CFA qualification is a bonus.
4. A graduate or postgraduate in a relevant field from a toptier institute.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Investor Relations you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
Craft persuasive and visuallyengaging pitch decks and develop the fundraising
narrative
Create and execute the investor outreach strategy leveraging existing
investors/advisors Pazago s founder and your own networks for warm introductions
Research and coordinate with prospective investors to set up meetings
Research and evaluate investment bankers to advise Pazago s fundraise
Prepare the data room with other Pazago departments and otherwise support
investor due diligence
