Job Description

Project Coordinator @ NAVAX Unternehmensgruppe

Your role in the team

  • As a Project Coordinator, you will support our customers in getting started quickly and efficiently with Microsoft ERP solutions (e.g. Business Central or CRM).
  • You coordinate small to medium-sized projects and support experienced project managers on large projects
  • From project kick-off to go-live, you will successfully lead your team through the projects
  • You always keep an eye on important deadlines, quality, resources, budget and customer satisfaction
  • You are actively involved in the Project Management Office and constantly work on optimizing processes
  • Through your sustainable and authentic support style, you will develop long-term customer relationships

Our expectations of you

Education

  • Have IT-related or business training

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you have already worked with business applications (e.g. Dynamics/Business Central) and have good IT knowledge
  • You enjoy interacting directly with customers and you impress with your confident and eloquent appearance
  • A high level of service orientation and good communication skills characterize your way of working
  • You like to coordinate, keep track of things and stay calm even in stressful situations
  • You are a solution-oriented team player

Experience

  • You have already gained initial professional experience in project management and/or completed additional training
