CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: The consultant must be certified in Employee central, Employee central Payroll, Recruitment: Recruiting Experience (THR83) and Succession module.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
• The consultant should have minimum of 7 years of Implementation and configuration experience in SuccessFactors modules.
• The consultant should be a multi module expert with strong work experience on Employee central, EC Payroll, Recruitment and Succession modules. Knowledge on PMGM and compensation is an added advantage.
• Should have experience on EC Time off, Global Benefits, RBP, MDF, Foundational objects, alerts, rules, workflows, Position Management, and other Employee central areas.
• The consultant should have in depth understanding of EC Payroll processing, Schemas, Payroll Control center, HR forms, International Payroll run, Alerts, Off Cycle processing, Wage Types, Point to Point mapping Integration model and other relevant areas that are required for successful Payroll processing.
• Expertise in RCM Job requisitions, route maps, XML templates, Job Profile Builder, Integration with Positions, and others.
The consultant should ensure that all support and configuration changes go through appropriate approval, testing and deployment process and are well documented for future references.
• Responsible in taking regular data backups and provide reports as per the client’s requirement.
• The consultant should have worked on at least two end to end implementation projects involving Employee central, EC Payroll and RCM modules.
• Should have experience in preparing high quality User manuals and documentations for any new developments in the system and share it across with different levels in the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they occur to ensure that the business process is back on track at the earliest.
