- Familiar with Basic ERP modules sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting.
- Work closely with the team to understand ERP software functionality and identify issues.
- Provide a high level of customer service experience.
- Analyze and resolve reported issues.
- Deal with a lot of daily tickets and emails.
- Conduct and develop documentation and materials for technical issues.
- Ability to work remotely from Home on weekday nights or weekend shifts.
