Job Description
Interact with UAE customers to provide information in response to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements
Graduates.
Fluency in English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
