Job Description
Job Location: Nepal
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Industry Preffered: FMCG Real estate and hospitality IT services Manufacturing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Performance Management System for all verticals of the organization
- Performance Improvement and Development
- Design and implement KRA KPIs Balanced Scorecard as performance management parameters across all business
- Change Management.
- Identify performance gaps and development needs through performance reviews assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and learning and development teams to design and implement targeted development plans and initiatives to address performance gaps and support career growth.
