Responsibilities

Analyze design configure test and implement SAP SD Sales and OTC solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

Provide day to day support for SAP SD Sales and OTC issues troubleshoot and resolve problems and escalate complex issues to senior consultants or developers.

Work closely with business users stakeholders and other SAP teams to understand and document business processes requirements and specifications.

Prepare functional and technical documentation test cases training materials and user manuals.

Conduct user training and provide postimplementation support and maintenance.

Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies trends and innovations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.

5 years of experience in SAP SD Sales and OTC support and configuration.

Experience in end to end SAP implementation projects preferably in S/4 HANA.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD Sales and OTC processes such as pricing billing delivery invoicing credit management etc.

Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
