MRHS cabinet de recrutement recherche pour son client acteur de lentretien automobile un Responsable datelier entretien Automobile H/F Confim (e)
Votre mission accroite la productivit optimiser lorganisation et le service client atteindre les objectifs.
Vos missions :
Planifier les r parations
Identifier et controler les r parations
Pr vention des risques
Gestion du stock
Rediger rapport et compte rendu dactivit
Inventaire
Management dequipe
Former les quipes
Profil
Vous avez entre 3 et 5 ans dexp rience sur un poste similaire Responsable datelier ou adjoint.
Exp rience en entretien automobile
Gestion de 8 10 personnes
Sens du service client est un point important
Vous faites preuve de leadership vous faite grandir vos quipes.
Vous tes orient R sultat analyse des r sultats action correctives.
Gestion de stock inventaireflux financier
proche des quipes homme/femme de terrain
Poste volutif sur un poste de Directeur de centre Automobile
