Job Description:

As a JDA WMS consultant specialising in Warehouse Management System (WMS) you will play a key
role in leading the implementation configuration customization and ongoing support of the JDA(Blue Yonder) WMS platform. In this leadership position you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the WMS into the organizations supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration:
Lead and oversee the successful implementation of the JDA WMS platform including
system setup configuration and testing.
Customize the WMS to align with the specific requirements of the organization
incorporating considerations such as warehouse layout workflows and business rules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective
system configurations.
User Training and Documentation:
Develop comprehensive training materials and lead training sessions for endusers
ensuring proficiency in utilizing the JDA WMS effectively.
Create and maintain documentation including user guides and standard operating
procedures to support ongoing system usage.

Integration and Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to seamlessly integrate the JDA WMS
with other systems including ERPWES TMS and inventory management systems.
Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand their requirements
ensuring alignment with WMS capabilities.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about the latest features and updates released by JDA (Blue Yonder) for
the WMS platform.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and system
enhancements aiming to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in JDA (Blue Yonder) Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and support.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations encompassing inventory management
order fulfilment and logistics processes.
Proficient in system configuration customization and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills demonstrating the ability to effectively collaborate with
crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience with the integration of WMS with other systems (ERP Automation system like
WES etc.) is a significant plus.
JDA WMS certification(s) preferred.
