Job Description
We are looking for a Admissions Counselor to guide students about IIDE s Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. Should have leadership and management skills. Must be sales oriented with a passion for education and student journeys.
- Facilitate the entire admission process ensuring quick closures of admission applications received for the region with an average ticket size ranging from 4 lac.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for swift conversions aiming for an approximate target of 30 admissions in a month and work towards achieving this goal consistently.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs admission requirements and other relevant details.
- Conduct outreach activities to attract potential students and represent our institution at various events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient admission process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an admission role.
- Proven track record of handling bigticket size sales with an average ticket size of 1.5 to 2 lac.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed monthly targets with a target of approximately 30 admissions per month.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the education sector and admission procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
