This is a remote position.
Our Client a large energy research company is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to work with utility data systems energy data and who understands concepts in the energy industry. The position will be supporting both internal and external stakeholders in this engagement with a focus on requirements documenting and supporting the conversion of stakeholder feedback to use cases and features.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- This position will support multiple projects including the Single Family Residential team in its efforts to improve software and systems including: Developing project plans for features tied to project scope elements
- Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope schedule and budgets
- Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management
- Manage contractors and program support agreements
- Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants
- Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects processes and operations
- Requirements gathering and documentation to provide actionable requests for program systems work
- Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Efficiency Planning and Engineering Team
- Collaborate with other project managers/BAs and crossfunctional teams

Requirements
- Project management skills and the ability to successfully multitask set priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient at documenting requirements and specifications and creating visual aids to represent business processes using standard methods
- Manage scope schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements
- Ability to translate business process needs into software requirements
- Support strategic market engagement and partnership development
- Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules and business processes
- Basic understanding of State energy/environmental economic development issues
- Ability to quickly identify and drive the best possible solution when presented with a series of opportunities and constraints
- Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user and be able to perform Pivot tables advanced formulas graphing and advanced data analysis of complex data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including in meetings in presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) and for emails and other written products. Excellent interpersonal skills
