Evaluating the status and productivity of HR programs and recommends changes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Assists with or drives other HR special projects or initiatives as needed.
Maintains and protects confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
Preparing reports and conducting basic analysis for review by HR management.
Interviewing employees to gather information relating to general factors that affect worker morale, motivation and efficiency.
