Mobility Team Lead

• Design and conduct traininginitiatives with sales, HRX, CSM teamsetc. • Lead build out of government relationsprogram and premium/recognized sponsorapplications/programs • Curate and supportrelationship and content creation for the salesteam • Manage business and clientescalations • Strategic account support forspecial projects and/or clients • Support teamwith expansion to new countries/services/opportunities as well asdrive pilots in new markets • Drive specialprojects related to cross-team efforts • Partnerclosely with the team on identifying knowledge gaps, runningrefresher sessions, and continuous developmenttraining • Ownership and curation of the Mobilitycontent in different sources (internal and external) to ensureconsistency • Partner closely with leadership tomap, identify and implement key metrics as well and support theteam with their revenue targets reporting supporting the success ofthe programs • Knowledge in EU immigration lawsand regulatory aspects • Multiple languagespreferred
