You will be updated with latest job alerts via email-Follow all relevant IT operations and infrastructure policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
-Implement the day-to-day activities related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work
-Contribute to the development and modification of the network/systems/infrastructure and its various components to ensure effectiveness and reliability
-Maintain backup systems in order to provide disaster recovery services for IT users
Maintain billing and other applications and databases implementing enhancements as required
-Collect data, perform analysis and suggest improvements on usage, disruptions and problems to solved
-Answer calls within guidelines, information, advice or instructions
-Receive and respond to calls from users in a courteous and helpful manner to ensure understanding and support availability
-Provide guidance and solution for routine problems or queries to ensure problem resolution with specified time scales
-Provide monitoring of the systems to ensure smooth operations
-Set up equipment to given parameters so it can operate to the required outputs and tolerances
-Operate the equipment to produce the required results in line with given work schedules
-Identify and equipment malfunctions, make adjustments if possible or inform supervisor promptly
-Adherence to policies and procedures
-User feedback on response from help desk repairs can be affected
