Produce and publish high-quality, accessible website and intranet content using content management systems, HTML, graphic design tools, and other relevant software to deliver the aims and objectives of the corporate communications strategy.
Drive improvements to websites performance by capturing and reporting on digital analytics and user metrics using Google Analytics, social analytics, and other digital metrics tools.
Lead and identify ways to improve the websites and intranet user experience.
Optimize the websites structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM) to help drive relevant traffic to website and social networking.
Manage, monitor and update the company’s websites and intranet according to the latest industry trends, technologies and best-practices in website structure, content and design concepts for web.
Work collaboratively with our Marketing and Creative teams to ensure the websites are aligned to our branding, tone of voice and provides a consistent look and feel through the customer journey.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a website manager or related position.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Knowledge:
Proficient with HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, web analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Highly creative with an excellent understanding of user experience and global web standards
