Junior IT Support

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onsite installations ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
  
• Monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance requirements.
  
• Prepare purchasing requests for materials needed for each project.
  
• Write daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided.
  
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting for all ITrelated issues both locally and remotely.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments and external providers vendors or clients to resolve issues.
  
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients keeping them informed of incident progress.
  
• Notify clients of impending changes scheduled outages or any relevant updates.
  
• Possess indepth knowledge of troubleshooting repairing and upgrading desktops Windows laptops and Macbooks.
  
• Proficient in networking routers switches VPN and CCTV.
  
• Work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective communication channels.
  
• Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
  
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and be willing to extend working hours if needed.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
  
• Proven experience in IT installation project planning and technical support.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops laptops and networking equipment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
