This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onsite installations ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance requirements.
- Prepare purchasing requests for materials needed for each project.
- Write daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided.
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for all ITrelated issues both locally and remotely.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external providers vendors or clients to resolve issues.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients keeping them informed of incident progress.
- Notify clients of impending changes scheduled outages or any relevant updates.
- Possess indepth knowledge of troubleshooting repairing and upgrading desktops Windows laptops and Macbooks.
- Proficient in networking routers switches VPN and CCTV.
- Work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective communication channels.
- Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and be willing to extend working hours if needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in IT installation project planning and technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops laptops and networking equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
