Responsiblity: • Understandingproject specifications and developing time schedules and budgetsthat meet them. • Negotiating with vendors andcontractors to secure the bestprices. • Observing existing processes, analyzingstaff performance, and addressing deficienciesaccordingly. • Monitoring and tracking projectprogress, and writing up reports. • Attending andscheduling meetings as required. • Delegatingtasks and ensuring workers receivefeedback. • Understanding and meeting allcontract requirements. • Communicating withmanagers, supervisors, and the rest of theteam. • Analyzing technical drawings andproviding material and cost estimates. • Ensuringall projects are completed on time and withinbudgets.
