Job Description
- Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to meet the company's standards and objectives
- Monitor and analyze warranty claims to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of warranty claims
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty-related transactions and activities
- Prepare and present reports on warranty performance and metrics to management
