Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads for our products/services contributing significantly to our sales pipeline and driving business growth. You will work independently and collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers within the target market.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g. email marketing social media content marketing webinars events).
  • Create compelling content (e.g. blog posts white papers case studies) to attract and engage potential leads.
  • Utilize lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator SalesQL HubSpot Marketing Hub) to identify research and qualify leads.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel through email sequences outreach and personalized engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and make datadriven adjustments for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of lead generation strategies and processes.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant information.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Proven track record of success in generating qualified leads using various channels.
  • Strong understanding of the lead generation process and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proactive resourceful and selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with the your industry market and related technologies.
  • Experience developing and executing content marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using Lead Generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator SalesQL HubSpot Marketing Hub etc.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
