Our client global leader in creating premium fitness solutions and experiences to get people to work out to live healthier lives is looking for an:
INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR
Your objective will be to generate leads and have a target of small sales centered specially in hospitality market in Spain Germany United Kingdom and The Netherlands.
Specific accountabilities
Performance:
Achieve direct and indirect annual sales targets in close collaboration with the local Marketing and Sales teams.
Contribute to the development and growth of new sales channels.
Tracking and analysis of sales KPIs efficiencies and quantification of targets
Work in close teamwork internationally with other Inside Sales Coordinators in the UK Spain the Netherlands and Germany to share best practices and create effective acquisition strategies.
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research industry events social media etc.
Develop a network of contacts in the different vertical markets to generate new leads.
Engage and qualify prospects through phone calls emails and other communication channels to generate interest in our premium fitness solutions
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce and databases to maintain accurate and uptodate information on prospects and leads
Collaboration with the Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team at trade fairs customer events and experience workshops to help increase overall sales productivity
Support in the softwarebased creation and in updating of customer specific floorplans
Support in managing public tenders where required
Assist in the creation and customization of sales presentations proposals and other collateral as needed
Support the company sales team in the use of sales tools such as Salesforce quoting tools or proposal builders
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bacherlors Degree with 12 years proven experience in inside sales or lead generation preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
Proficiency in Spanish English and German languages at a negotiation level
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset and a genuine interest in fitness
Knowledge of sales processes and strategies
