Job Overview

We are on the hunt for a Technical Lead specialized in Automation with a keen focus on Power Automate to elevate our automation division. Your role involves leading client projects managing a talented team of engineers and fostering strong client relationships through exceptional solution architecture and service delivery. With a minimum of 5 years in automation experience and a solid track record in client engagement you will be instrumental in our growth and the success of our automation initiatives.


As the Power Automate Technical Lead youll play a pivotal role in guiding our project teams through the entire lifecycle of technologybased solutions from conception to deployment. Your expertise in Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform will be critical in delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations driving significant business outcomes.



Core Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Leadership: Drive the design of automation solutions using Power Automate ensuring they meet client needs and project specifications. Lead and mentor a dedicated team of engineers promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as a primary liaison with clients understanding their needs providing expert advice and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded through the delivery process.
  • Strategic Growth & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to strategize on growth and profitability. Engage in crossfunctional collaboration to refine and enhance our service offerings.
  • Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends in automation and the Microsoft Power Platform and other Hyperautomation technologies leading the charge in implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee delivery operations ensuring highquality service and aligning with client expectations.
  • Continuously refine delivery processes for increased efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage client relationships to uncover new business opportunities driving revenue growth.
Note: While we work with most clients in a 100% remote work environment some clients may require regular traveling on site



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing automation solutions with a deep understanding of Power Automate.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and foster strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in solution architecture and project management within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining effective client and team relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Desired Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience delivering solutions leveraging RPA tools outside of Power Automate such as Uipath
  • Experience delivering solutions leveraging Azure
  • Experience delivering solutions leveraging the broader Power Platform ecosystem such as Power Apps Power BI etc.
