About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding Nimesas customer base across India. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads develop compelling value propositions and negotiate and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close contracts ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Manage and track sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 57 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the IT or cloud computing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Data Management and related technologies.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong work ethic selfmotivation and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales enablement tools.
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling into the Indian market.
- Experience with AWS and VMware environments.
- Knowledge of data protection and recovery solutions.
