Job Description
Your day to day
- Strict implementation of the Control Self-Assessment (CSA) and achieve 100% score in CSA Audit of Information & Technology category.
- Demonstrate an interest in and an understanding of issues relevant to your department and hotel and keep your knowledge up to date, including legislative information.
- Meet with hotel staff/clients to ascertain/understand their needs and provide prompt and professional assistance and support.
- Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
