Role and Responsibilities

• Maintaining clean and sanitized menus for guests
• Refilling drinks as required
• Rolling and replacing cutlery as required
• Maintaining stocked serving stations with condiments trays and napkins
• Directing customers to the location of the restrooms
• Clearing tables as guests finish their meals
• Complying with all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assisting kitchen staff with the preparation of simple dishes such as salads and desserts
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others
• Supporting team to reach common goals
• Listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Good English communication skills and organizational skills
